Cotton's Concrete Construction

About Us

The owner, William (Bill) Cotton has built this business from the ground up.  Bill has been active in the construction industry since 1973.  He has been involved in many areas of  the industry ranging from residential projects, to bridge and tunnel construction, as well as high rise construction.  In 1989, with only himself and one employee, Bill decided to start his own business constructing poured concrete walls.  Cotton's Concrete was up and running.

Today, technological advances have enabled us to form concrete walls utilizing insulating concrete forms or ICFs.  This state of the art construction has developed into a stronger wall with a high R factor.  This is one of the features  Cotton's Concrete can offer you as a future homebuilder or remodeler as well as the commercial contractor doing that 300,000 sq. ft. job.  We are a member of various national and local organizations which include :  Insulating Concrete Form Association (ICFA), Connecticut Concrete Promotional Council (CCPC), Pennsylvania Concrete Promotional Council, Southern Tier Home Builders & Remodelers Assoc.(STHBRA), North American Home Builder (NAHB), and the Portland Cement Assoc.(PCA).
